The VirtualHUD Wingman is another revolutionary product from VirtualHUD. The Wingman is the first of its kind portable attitude display and Electronic Flight Information System (EFIS.) With the Wingman, you'll be able to understand the attitude, position and velocities of your aircraft at any time.
The Wingman connects to your handheld GPS via a standard RS-232 Serial Interface cable and allows the pilot to plan their flight details with their GPS and have that information automatically transferred to the Wingman so it can guide you to your destination. The Wingman display features the standard symbology for an EFIS, but in a compact battery powered form factor. Using its built in sensors, the Wingman is able to "project" your flight path information via highway in the sky path markers. The Wingman can even be used to send that information to the VirtualHUD Heads Up Display, so you can see the information without taking your eyes off the sky.
